The girls in the apartment right across form us are quite a hoot. There's Marissa, Katy, Angela, Lisa, Kim and Nakya. All of them just met this year and already are the absolute best of friends, not to mention the funniest most quarky of personalities. They like to make bucket lists of random things they would like to do as an apartment. Sometimes I get in on the action.
This time I walked in on the Sumo Wrestling.
Marissa and Nakya, beautiful of coarse.
Then Angela grabbed my arm and before I know it...
Needless to say I was pinned, but luckily I didn't have to pee 'cause I was laughing my guts outs.
Oh, and this is my Fierce.
So glad I'm friends with all the girls across the way. Every one is so kind and friendly and I get in on all of the action. Things don't get boring with amazing neighbors like that. Be jealous. My college experiences rock.
The events in my life deemed important enough to share with friends and family--sharing my life with those I won't be able to see as often as I used to. Enjoy.

Growing up and practical jokes
Growing up:
My family members will get a hoot out of this story.
Last night I ate an ENTIRE bowl of Taco soup. Evey thing!
The end
Practical Jokes:
So, this is how it all started. I was sitting in my bed, typing on my computer when I noticed a moth on my window shades. It was facing me and acting like it was trying to come towards me. I tend to make a big deal out of nothing(espetially with bugs) and started freaking myself out because it was trying to come for me. Next thing I know it's flying at my face.
I scream bloody murder, because moths are grosse and that one wanted to eat me, and shouted "MOTH".
Callie and Kayla in the other room heard me and come in, laughing, to rescue me from the moth. Mean old Callie grabs it and start putting it in my face, so, I run down stairs and out the front door locking myself outside in the rain. Smart.
Too scared to go back inside I wait. Finally Kayla opens the door. No sign of Callie, so I go in complaining about bugs. Next thing I know, I hear the door slam behind me and when I turn around Callie rushes towards me flinging her hands at my face (she was behind the door, if you didn't get that). I scream and jump onto the couch, pulling my hood over my face. She laughs saying, "Joe'E, I don't have it. Haha."
Later that day, I've completely forgotten about the incident. I'm doing my homework on the kitchen table when I decide to go up to my room, for what ever reason. As I'm about to jump on my bed I spot it.
Big nasty spider, sitting in my bed, LOOKING at me! Of course, I'm practically in mid-air, ready to land on my bed when I jump back, and, scream bloody murder.
I run out into the hall, laughing, totally freaked out, yelling Callies name, laughing too hard to be mad at their practical joke.
Now where ever I go that spider's there. After we came back from the play, I told the girls I woudln't fall for the trick again. As I walk out of my room, I happen to glance down and THERE HE IS! Sitting on the floor.
I didn't scream. Really. I just kind jump and giggle as I hurryed down the stairs.
And guess, what? This morning, he was sitting on the kitchen table!!
Stupid spider! He get's me every time. Don't worry. I'll get him back. HEHEHE

Shottin'
Today's event: Shooting Callie's gun in the boonies.
And there's Callie. CUTE!!!
There was this half full Dr. Pepper bottle that every one was trying to shoot at. I was last to go and Callie joked that I'd get it. Sure enough....
We also hit a box. Oh, this is the box that my father so kindly sent my retainer and towels in. It turned out to be excellent target practice.
Callie:
And the shells...

Earth Works
For my Art Orientations class we had the assignment to do a group Earth Work. For example, works such as the Spiral Jetty, the rock circles in England or crop circles. My group decided to do a large foot made out of lots of little rocks (or, little as apposed to the foot. They were pretty big rocks.) We spent 2 hours working.
At first we all started going up and down this hill hauling these huge rocks to the field, but after about twenty grueling minutes--and VERY few rocks to show for it--we switched to pulling flat rocks out of a ditch with a stream running through it which turned out to be a HUGE life saver. Not only were the rocks lighter and smaller, they covered a lot more space, cutting back on the amount of time we spent there. Two people were in the ditch, two people traveled between the ditch and the foot and I stayed at the foot puzzle piecing the rocks together. Can we say death? Two hours of bending over to fit these pieces together. My back feels really buff now.
We mostly used big rocks for the toes.
As you can see, the pinky toe of our foot is just about as big as my forearm.
The first day we found our spot it was overcast and the wind was blowing like crazy. Right next to the field we chose is this old abandoned barn and there was this squeaky door on the barn that would open and slam closed with the wind. It was just us three girls and we were all pretty sure that we were in a horror film and that Zombies were going to come out and the only evidence of us would be Sarah's old abandoned car.
Because Sarah was taking pictures of all of us by the foot, I decided to take a picture of her.
It's pretty rad. There was absolutly no way we were hauling all those rocks back, so we decided to leave them. Sorry Mr. Farmer. Think of it as our gift to you. :) Wonder how long it'll stay there...
Last but not least. I kinda happened to record a little bit, so... this is my team. Bray, Mat, Carlisle(yes, her name is Carlisle), Sarah, and Hannah.

Home For a Bit
Went home for about three days this weekend! Funny story. I was going to leave with a friend on Friday around 11:30 am but I was swamped with art homework that I HAD to get done. So, I had my dad come and get me around 7. It was ridiculous. The project I was working on was creating 6 new shapes and then putting them on a specific piece of paper.
And here, of coarse, is Kayla being beautiful! <3 Look close. She sculpted an eye.
Once we were done with that we had to choose our favorite shape and do it big. BEAUTIFUL!
Everything was so surreal, and cold. I forgot how hot Ephraim was compared to Cache Valley. I was throwing on Sweaters left and right. Not to mention how quiet the nights were. I'm used to fans running all night long because it's too darn hot to sleep without one blowing on you.
The next day I went to go visit my Puppy. This is the first time since he's died that I've been able to see him. My niece has been a sweetheart through this whole thing. I don't think she fully understands it all, but she loves to decorate his grave with rocks, sticks and beautiful yellow flower's because he was "such a happy dog". Love you puppy.
My 10 month old nephew was there as well. He's a cuttie!! And really likes the phone. Haha
Talking with his mom.
And Katie, wearing the latest in sock and sandle fashion.
Family Dinner Sunday night!!!
And MaKell was there. Such a sweetheart to come down on a Sunday evening just to say hi. :)And Friends <3

Sweet Dreams Puppy
In loving memory of the best dog we've ever had. You'll always be a loving part of our family and share a special place in our hearts.
Such a wonderful dog. Always willing to play. Never willing to pose for pictures. He was just a people dog. Never wanting to go outside unless you were going with him. Always wanting to snuggle on the bed or go for a car ride.
He always liked to run when he was out in the open. His free, inner spirit came out and he'd run and run and run. You could hardly get him to sit still.
I remember hanging out in my room, alone a lot. Buddy, however, was more than happy to keep me company, always jumping up on my bed and just laying there, hanging out. Good times, just me and him.
Thank you so much, Buddy, for being in our lives. We had a lot of laughs. We had a lot of good times. And now it's time to let you go. It's time to say goodbye. Have a wonderful Journey. See you on the other side.
Buddy - 8.29

So far, so good
Week one is over and done with. Surprisingly, it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Day one and two were the worst. I didn't cry my first night but ended up burning into tears at church and going home early because I couldn't stop myself. However, ever since then things have been great. My roommates are amazing. Alyson shares my room, however, Kayla is my friend from Lacrosse and she also does art. Callie is just a sweet heart.
The art classes here are phenomenal, however, I think I will have to adapt to all of the other /regular/ classes.
So far, loving it! Nothing beats getting away and discovering yourself. Pushing yourself to limits you never thought you could cross. That has been my entire experience so far. I hope all my friends are having as great a time at college as I am.
Sorry, no pictures. I'll try and round up my roomies and take some soon.
Thanks so much for checking in on me.

First day!!
First day at Snow College. Thank goodness it's just a "get in and settled". Kind of day. I even have time to post a few pictures of my room on my blog. WHATTT?!?!
So far so good. Almost cried when the fam left, but that's just because mom started crying.
Any ways. Every one feel free to text or call me. I get free hours if your phone is T-mobile. If not, than don't call me until after 9 or on weekends. Savvy?
Here's some awesome before and after pics.
Before! Everything is a mess however we've got mostly everything set up.
And after! Lovely! <3

It's that time...
Dear friends,
Yes. It's here.
I'm MOVING! Somehow the prospect hasn't frightened me, yet--I have solid hopeful expectations.
So, I say farewell to all of you. Farewell house, that I have lived in my entire life. Farewell wonderful room. Farewell friends and family. Farewell Cache valley. You will all be missed.
So! With any luck I'll be able to keep a pretty entertaining log of my college experiences, so.... keep in touch. :)

Commission Pieces
Lately I've had a lot of commission requests from my family and I've got most of them done. This is a fun picture of what my work place (on my bed) basically looks like every time I work. A glorious slice of life and my favorite place in the world(accept the temple). =)
This is the second commission piece I've got finished. Mom kinda hinted at me over the course of time that she would like a light house on the empty wall of the bathroom. Not exactly the most ideal place for my art work to hang, but hey, every one will have a very nice view...
Kylie REALLY loved the dragon on Spirited Away and asked if I would draw him for her. How could I refuse? He only took a day. Enjoy it sweetie. <3
I'm open for more requests until I leave for Snow. Let me know soon!
